These terms govern your use of the websites and products of ATO Online Technology JSC ("ATO", "we"): atoteam.com, ATO (ato.io.vn, including the desktop client) and Nhà Siêu Tốt (nhasieutot.com). By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Activity under your account is treated as yours. Do not share your sign-in details.

2. Wallet and credits

ATO uses prepaid credits topped up in VND and spent per workflow run or paid feature. Balances and transactions follow the rules shown in the product. Check your transaction history regularly and include the transaction ID and time with any claim.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the services for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, to send spam, or to attack or overload our systems or anyone else's. We may suspend or end access for serious violations.

4. Information on Nhà Siêu Tốt

Prices, listings and area reviews on Nhà Siêu Tốt are for reference only. They are not legal, financial or investment advice. Check information independently before making decisions.

5. AI features

Outputs from AI features can be inaccurate. Review them before relying on them, and do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

6. Availability and liability

The services are provided "as is". We work to keep them reliable but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
