This policy explains how ATO Online Technology JSC ("ATO", "we") collects and uses personal data when you use our websites and products: atoteam.com, ATO (ato.io.vn, including the desktop client) and Nhà Siêu Tốt (nhasieutot.com). We process personal data in accordance with applicable Vietnamese law, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way bcrypt hash; we never store them in plain text.
• Profile data you choose to provide — full name, avatar, phone number, address, country and time zone.
• Wallet and transaction data — top-ups, credit balance and usage history, kept for reconciliation, fraud prevention and accounting.
• Usage and technical data — workflow run status, device and connection information from the ATO client, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request).
• Content you create — for example documents you write or publish in the Markdown editor.

2. How we use it

• To provide, secure and operate the services, including sign-in, workflow execution and real-time monitoring.
• To process payments and keep accurate transaction records.
• To support you and respond to your requests.
• To detect abuse and keep the services reliable.

We do not sell personal data.

3. AI processing

Some features may use third-party AI models, such as Anthropic's Claude, to process content you submit (for example to draft a workflow or summarise a document). When a feature does this, only the data needed for that request is sent to the model provider, under that provider's commercial terms.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the services (hosting, email, payment and AI providers), when required by law, or with your consent.

5. Cookies and local storage

Our web apps store a sign-in token and your theme preference in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. atoteam.com itself does not use tracking cookies.

6. Retention and security

We keep account data while your account is active and transaction records for as long as accounting law requires. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS and access to production systems is restricted.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing founder@atoteam.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
